Picture: from Dad’s backyard
There were times that I stopped in a particular spot, then started thinking, “this is nice! Perhaps 1 or 2 snaps here”. But I always end up with half a dozen or more! I keep most of the snaps tho’ as I love the reflecting process - looking back at each one and reflect on the ’story(ies)’ behind it no matter how badthe picture turned out.
A couple of months back, I found out about a new digital printshop at City Mall , infact a friend once before mentioned the service – compile pictures of your choice, enhance, print, and have them ready for you in book form. Why not? I could arrange pictures according to events, people, etc. Something to try. don’t send pictures to print anymore unless I want to put them on display or intend to give them away.

rain
When I looked outside the window this afternoon, I saw a gathering of rain clouds. Ian already know what clouds looking like that brings. He said, ”Mom, it’s going to rain. Look at the dark sky”. And rain it did after a while. Eventhough the Meteorological Department earlier in May predicted that we will be experiencing hot weather until September, I’m glad we have been having quite a bit of rain lately. I have been looking forward to more rain, not heavy, just more!

In this part of the world, we only have wet and dry season. Between these, I think the rainy season is the most romantic times of the year! Everything looks and feels beautiful after the rain. The streets look clean too, the grass almost alive! And oh children love the rain the most! They would do whatever it takes to play in the rain.

It’s now 18 minutes past 8 … I could still hear the rain drops, soflty, on the roof. Lovely.
Hhm..tommorow is Monday, not exactly my favorite day of the week, never had been. I know I should start ’loving’ Mondays already – really looking at Mondays from a different angle!
Have a great week
