another work week has ended!
TGIF! The end of a rather stressful week! No one likes inconsistencies. Period.

My mood today has somehow been affected by an onset of flu/rhinitis. I havent had allergic rhinitis attack for months now. This is really good as I used to have it like twice a week! Im somehow almost convinced that this decrease in attacks is related to herbalife shakes which I have been taking since March this year!
Just before starting this post, I read this news on cnn.com about “2 dying after stay in Arizona ’sweatbox’ - I wondered if they had died of heat or what? Or probably the ‘hot rocks and water’ were contaminated? One of victims was not breathing while the other was burnt? Were they trapped? Curious.
Well, you have a great weekend! I need a quiet one.
Lil’ Holiday Trip(4) ~ Kinabalu Heritage Resort & Spa
Before heading home, we dropped by the Mount Kinabalu Heritage Resort & Spa (also known as Perkasa Kinabalu Hotel ** not sure if it has changed name?**) to look at its new wing (chalets). Viewers who are not from around here, this resort is situated atop a hill approximately 5,000ft above sea level and has a breathtaking view of the majestic Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in South East Asia.
I thought Ian’s legs would go all ‘jelly’ trying a suspension bridge for the first time, NO! he even ran! He said grandma was all scared looking at the bridge and went into hiding!!

Would love to attempt up to the summit another time. I know I did say “never ever again” when I climbed up the first time. But… it was raining all the way up and down too …that’s why!!
