Take me fishing? May be not!
A day or two at sea hhmm …. fishing, I think, is great way to have fun, connect with friends or just yourself! Daniel just got back from a 2N3D fishing trip with his fishing “kakis”.
As usual, good catch, big and small! They apparently spotted a new and better fishing spot this time around which was a good thing as they brought back quite a handful! This of course means fresh fish for dinner and free fish supply for next few months!! I mean… just look at this fish Daniel is holding?! He caught 2 -3? or of this!

This fish is “Ruby Snapper

Are dogs really men’s best friend?
Do you like dogs? I do but I’ve never owned one! My Dad loves them. Taking pictures of this dog brings my memories back to a dog Dad called “Whitey”. I must have been 6 or 7 years old at that time. I mostly remember Whitey to be a smart dog that followed instructions! Daddy must have trained him well.
After meddling around a bit, I managed to get these shots out of my Nikon Coolpix digicam and I just love how each one turned out! n nn

“In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn’t merely try to train him to be semi human. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog.” ~Edward Hoagland

“Geez..she just doesn’t get it!”

Taking pictures of kds, I must say is no easy feat as it requires a lot of patience, timing and a little bit of luck. My son, Ian, normally is my ‘subject’. Believe me, it is such a fun pastime! I truly enjoy the experience of capturing wonderful moments from his years on “film” to enjoy and reflect back on…
In this post however, the ’subject’ is not Ian but Joshua, my friend Ben’s nephew. I took quite a number of pictures of him, without his knowledge of course but I love this shot the most! See how engaged Joshua was with ‘texting’!
Damn that cup! Would have been a perfect shot ha ha
Upclose & Not So Personal
Took advantage of the weekend to take some random pics again. I still love our Olympus Camedia digicam.! Not only loving it for its 10X zooming capability but for its excellent capture! Besides its size (sort of bulky and heavy) my only other complaint about this digicam is its slow shutter speed.
