quiet saturday

By thursday this week, I was already wishing for the impossible to happen – for Saturday not to ”arrive ” so soon. What a wish huh?! I had a couple of outstanding errands to run which I did not want to drag on to the weekend. Glad that’s out of the way!
After lunch, took the opportunity to pamper myself while the rest of household members went to the market! Did a little shopping for myself. Not only Ian’s wardrobe needed an ‘upgrade’, mine too! Love window shopping alone, it’s one of the ‘free-est’ things you can do and enjoy! Yes, I did wish for saturday to be little longer too!

a sad end indeed
Couldn’t help but be distracted by the loss of the late-great MJ. Watched his beautiful but sad memorial event. Infact, I have been watching some of his videos – amazing performances. Again, this early saturday morning, I found myself watching his videos on yuoutube several times! I love his neat dance moves. Such a fabulous dancer and an excellent singer- his talent is truly extra-ordinary! Tell me … who does not love “Heal The World”? Simple message he had there: “If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make that change.”
